Cancellations/No shows

Your appointments are very important to me & are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens & schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve all guests, cancellations and no show policies are as follows: All appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling to allow time to fill the appointment time. Both no shows and late cancellations will result in a fee.

Late Arrivals

I reserve your appointment time just for you, as I do for all of my lovely guests. A late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so as to not disrupt the bookings of following guests. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule or alter services, and fees may apply (including cancellation or service charges).

Service Re-do's

I strive to offer guests the highest level of care and satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your look, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'll be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Please note, there are no refunds on services. Changing your mind on a look is not considered an adjustment, along with not achieving a desired result in one service, when it was discussed that it may take a couple services. I do, however, want you to be 100% happy with your hair. If you have any questions on the above, please email me.

Parking

Wallflower salon is located across from Chase bank in downtown San Luis Obispo and has plenty of parking in the parking structure one block up from the salon or on the street for metered parking. The metered parking take both change and credit cards. Please make sure you put in enough time to cover your appointment. I do provide parking tokens for those that choose to park in the structure. Please allow adequate time to find parking and to walk to the salon to be on time for all your services.
